Tapton Park Golf Club has arranged a group Personal Liability/Personal Accident cover for all members.

The cover is worldwide and covers members practising golf as well as while playing golf at a recognised golf venue.

Key details of the cover provided are:

1. PERSONAL LIABILITY COVER up to £10,000,000 in respect of the legal liability of a member should they cause injury to another person or damage to third party property. No excess is payable
2. NON NEGLIGENCE COVER irrespective of legal liability up to £20,000 in respect of third party property damage.
3. PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER up to £15,000 in respect of Death, loss of limb(s) or eye(s) whilst playing golf or spectating at a golf event.
4. EMERGENCY DENTAL TREATMENT Up to £300
5. CLUB SUBSCRIPTION REIMBURSEMENT up to £1,000
6. HOLE IN ONE Reimbursement of bar bill up to £75. Please note only covers hole in one when made in an official medal or stableford competition.
7. BUGGY COVER Unlimited cover in respect of third party bodily injury in respect of the UK Road Traffic Act while members are driving a buggy on a recognised golf course within the UK.

Anyone wishing to make a claim must contact the Treasurer or another member of the Committee as soon as practically possible. For a hole in one claim the bar bill on the day must be obtained.
